Dividend Policy

The Company did not distribute any dividends for the financial year ended December 31, 2021. The Company’s future dividend policy is within the discretion of the Board, who will consider issuing dividends to holders of common shares with other relevant considerations and factors, including but not limited to the Company’s working capital and capital expenditure needs, results of operations, financial condition and investment opportunities.
